Dr. Joseph Leonardo Abraham
Founding Pastor & Team Lead
Dr. Joseph Leonardo Abraham is a visionary leader, pastor, and empowerment specialist with a passion for helping people discover and fulfill their God-given purpose. For more than four decades, he has dedicated his life to advancing the Gospel, equipping leaders, and building communities of faith across nations.
Dr. Abraham surrendered his life to Jesus Christ in 1980 and answered the call to ministry two years later. Since then, he has pioneered multiple faith-based initiatives designed to bring hope, healing, and transformation to people’s lives.
He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Freedom House Inc., a thriving local church established in 1991 in Trinidad and Tobago, and the Founder of Freedom House Training Institute, launched in 2019 to equip believers for leadership in both ministry and the marketplace.
Today, Dr. Abraham is leading the expansion of Freedom House Global, a Bible-based, life-giving, non-denominational movement based in Winter Garden, Orlando, Florida, with a vision to plant churches, open campuses, and build faith-filled communities around the world.
Dr. Abraham holds a Doctorate in Religious Philosophy (Leadership & Organizational Development) from Logos University in Jacksonville, Florida, and an MBA in Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, United Kingdom. He is also a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach.
For over eight years, Dr. Abraham served as the Co-License Holder of Live2Lead Port of Spain, featuring Dr. John C. Maxwell and other world-class leaders. His extensive involvement in faith-based and leadership organizations reflects his commitment to continuous growth and collaboration, including:

Driven by a deep love for people, Dr. Abraham believes in the transforming power of God’s love, mercy, and grace. His teaching and ministry—delivered through church services, online platforms, training seminars, and global conferences—equip people with biblical wisdom and practical principles for victorious living.
His mission is clear: to inspire hope, empower leaders, and build communities grounded in faith, love, and purpose. He is passionate about helping every individual recognize their divine potential and live out their God-given destiny.
Dr. Abraham and his wife Teresa have joyfully served together in ministry for over 40 years. They are spiritual parents to many and continue to mentor sons and daughters in the faith around the world.
Stacy Ann Ayoung-Hackett
Team Lead
Stacy Ann Ayoung-Hackett made a life-changing decision to give her heart to the Lord on July 16, 1995, at Freedom House. Since then, she has faithfully served God for the past 30 years. She was married at Freedom House on December 23, 1995, and is a devoted wife and mother to four wonderful children, a role she cherishes deeply.
Stacy Ann holds an Associate’s Degree in Ministry from the Freedom House Training Institute. Her professional development includes certifications in Peachtree/Sage50 (Intermediate and Advanced), and she is currently pursuing the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Certification.
With a career spanning over 25 years at Freedom House, Stacy Ann currently serves as the Accounts Supervisor in the Finance Department, a role she has held for the past 15 years. Her dedication and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in supporting the church’s financial operations and overall mission.
Stacy Ann is an integral part of the Freedom House Dream Team, and is the Team Lead of Weekend Services. She also actively serves in the Prayer Ministry, and Growth Track. She is pascionate about making a difference through feeding and supporting the poor and needy, and has a deep desire to see lives transformed by sharing the love and hope of Jesus Christ.
Stacy Ann is inspired by Freedom House’s vision to plant churches and spread the Gospel to bring hope and healing to countless lives. She finds immense joy in helping women experience freedom and transformation through the message of Christ’s love and grace. Stacy Ann is committed to supporting the church’s mission of being a beacon of light in the community and beyond.
Above all, Stacy Ann desires to be an example of love, faithfulness, and integrity to her children. She is determined to leave a lasting legacy of devotion to God and His work, inspiring future generations to walk in faith and purpose.
Fitzgerald Melville
Team Lead
Fitzgerald committed his life to Jesus Christ at Freedom House Trinidad, in April 1992, beginning his journey of 33 years of serving the Lord.
Fitzgerald Melville is a Director at Freedom House Global, Florida, and a dedicated leader at Freedom House Trinidad where he has faithfully served for over three decades.
Professionally, Fitzgerald is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of the West Indies. Over his 28-year career, he has contributed to leading organizations such as General Electric and Baker Hughes. For the past 15 years, he has served as Director of Innovative Solutions, demonstrating expertise and leadership in his field.
In ministry, Fitzgerald holds an Associate Degree in Ministry from Freedom House Training Institute and serves as an ordained Deacon at Freedom House.
Fitzgerald leads the Media Team is deeply committed to Freedom House mission of spreading the life-giving message of Jesus Christ. He is passionate about harnessing technology to amplify the Gospel’s reach and impact, leveraging media as a transformative tool for a global ministry.
He and his wife, Nicole, have been happily married for 25 years and are blessed with two sons. As a dedicated father, Fitzgerald strives to set a faithful example for his sons by living a life wholly devoted to God and His people.
Nicole Melville
Team Lead
Nicole began serving the Lord in May 1994 and has remained steadfast in her faith and service. She is a committed servant leader at Freedom House, Trinidad & Tobago, where she has been actively involved for 31 years.
Nicole is a highly accomplished professional and academic. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Production Engineering & Management from the University of the West Indies. Additionally, Nicole earned an MBA in Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Commercial Law from Anglia Ruskin University. She also holds an Associate Degree in Ministry from Freedom House Training Institute. Nicole currently serves as Director of Innovative Solutions, where she applies her expertise to drive excellence and innovation.
Nicole serves as a Director of Freedom House, a Deacon and Team Lead for the Childrens Ministry, and Worship & Performing Arts. She is deeply passionate about fulfilling the church’s vision to reach the world with the Gospel. Nicole firmly believes in the transformative power of worship and is dedicated to inspiring others through her leadership.
Nicole is committed to equipping the next generation with the message of Jesus Christ. Her ultimate desire is to live a life that glorifies God and leaves a lasting impact on the world for His Kingdom.
Nicole has been married to Fitzgerald Melville for 25 years, and together they are the proud parents of two sons.
Lori Selby
Team Lead
Lori committed her life to the Lord 37 years and has since cultivated a deep and meaningful relationship with God through worship, prayer and studying His Word.
Lori earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Statistics from the University of the West Indies. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Statistics at Arizona State University while working as a Teaching Assistant. Additionally, she completed an Associate of Ministry Degree from Freedom House Training Institute.
Lori serves as a Director at Freedom House Global, Florida and Freedom House Trinidad, where her heart for ministry and leadership continues to impact lives for God’s glory. Passionate about prayer and equipping the body of Christ for service, Lori serves as Team Lead for Prayer, Small Groups. She also serves as the Director of Freedom House Training Institute. Lori is dedicated to seeing lives transformed as people find freedom through small groups and are trained and equipped to serve effectively through the Training Institute.
Alyssa-Ann Wanliss
Team Lead
Alyssa-Ann Wanliss encountered the Lord at the age of 16 during a transformative weekend retreat for teenagers hosted by Freedom House in April 2006. This life-changing experience marked the beginning of her passionate journey of faith, surrender, and service to God. For the past 19 years, Alyssa-Ann has faithfully served in ministry, dedicating her life to deepening her relationship with God, answering His call, and being a vessel for His purpose.
Since joining Freedom House, Alyssa-Ann has been an active team member, wholeheartedly embracing the church’s culture of leadership development and spiritual growth. She credits much of her spiritual maturity and discovery of purpose to the mentorship of Dr. Joseph Abraham and Teresa Abraham, whose guidance as spiritual parents has been instrumental in her journey of faith, healing, and leadership. Through their influence, Alyssa-Ann has discovered her God-given purpose to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Alyssa-Ann has been a dedicated leader in the ministry, serving as a team lead for both the Outreach Ministry and Growth Track. She has led small groups for youth and adults, facilitated prayer sessions, and emceed various events. She also enjoys leading impactful Outreach initiatives such as the Food Hamper Drive, bringing hope and support to those in need. Her heart for prayer and intimacy with God is at the core of her ministry, as she believes prayer is the foundation for personal transformation and revival in cities, nations, and the world.
Education and Credentials
Alyssa-Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from Andrews University and a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of the Southern Caribbean. She also holds an Associate Degree in Ministry from the International School of Ministry (ISOM) and is an internationally certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the Maxwell Leadership Team.
Professional Experience
For the past seven years, Alyssa-Ann has worked with a child protection agency in Trinidad and Tobago, providing psychological interventions to children and families facing mental health challenges. Her work includes assessments, therapy, and advocacy, allowing her to live out her purpose by serving some of the most vulnerable in society.
